Effective June 8, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Worn, a personal collection manager for fragrances, watches, and straps (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Worn lets you catalogue items you own — recording details and photos, and optionally using AI to help identify an item and fill in product facts. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Worn. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
You keep ownership of the photos and information you add to the Service (“your content”). You grant us the limited permission needed to host, store, process, and display your content back to you so the Service can function. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload your content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
You agree not to:
When you use a scan, the Service uses AI to suggest an item’s identity and details. These suggestions are provided on a best-effort basis and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not professional, valuation, or authentication advice — verify anything important independently before relying on it.
The Service runs on third-party providers — including Supabase (authentication, database, storage), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI identification), and Google (sign-in). Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers’ terms where applicable. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
The Worn name, application, design, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding. Your content remains yours.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI results will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. The Service is offered for personal use and provided without charge.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. You can delete your entire account and its data by contacting us — see below.
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
